Real estate is a true passion for Faria, who brings a strong background in real estate investing to every client relationship. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in both New York and New Jersey and has been practicing full-time since 2014.

With over $100 Million in transaction volume across multiple states, Faria’s top priority is ensuring her clients’ needs are met while making every buying or selling experience enjoyable, seamless, and stress-free. She pays close attention to what’s most important to her clients to deliver the best results in every transaction.

Faria is also the founder of Hudson Edge Real Estate, a privately owned real estate investment firm headquartered in New Rochelle, NY. She has managed nearly half a million square feet of assets across a diverse portfolio.

Outside of real estate, Faria is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, she enjoys spending time with her three daughters.
